Ticket Ballot

At Ironworks, we believe in fostering a strong sense of community spirit. As a token of appreciation for our local residents, we are offering residents the chance to win a pair of tickets to the events through a ballot.

How It Works

Resident Ballot Entry:

Local residents within 0.5 mile radius area of Ironworks are invited to participate in the giveaway ballot (please refer to catchment area on the resident ballot form)
- Event dates and deadlines will be shared to this page shortly 

Selection Process:
-
Winners will be randomly selected through the ballot system
- Keep an eye on your emails. If you are a lucky winner, you will be notified with instructions on claiming your tickets.

Resident Communications

During the live events we will have a residents hotline which can be called between the hours of 11:00 and 23:59 to report any issues with noise, anti-social behavior, traffic or any other problems.

This hotline is only operational on live event days. To contact Ironworks about noise, anti-social behaviour, traffic or any other resident problems, please contact residents@ironworks.london at any time, we aim to respond to emails within 5 working days. We will be sending a detailed residents letter to those living within 0.5 miles of Ironworks nearer the time of the events.

Work Opportunities

We are fully committed to supporting the local community by offering paid work opportunities. We ensure that all roles are paid hourly and are at or above the official London Living Wage 2026.

Ticket Scanning Staff – Greeting attendees and scanning tickets at the main gates

Box Office Assistants – Handling on-site ticket sales, resolving customer booking queries and managing guestlists

Info Point Assistants
– Acting as the main info hub for attendees, providing directional assistance across Ironworks and delivering excellent customer service
