This page will be regularly updated in the lead-up to the events, providing residents with essential information about IRONWORKS and opportunities for the local community.
If you are a local resident with any queries or questions, do not hesitate to contact us at residents@ironworks.london.
At IRONWORKS, we believe in fostering a strong sense of community spirit. As a token of appreciation for our local residents, we are offering residents the chance to win a pair of tickets to the events through a ballot. (T&Cs apply)To avoid disappointment, we advise you to purchase for any shows you really don't want to miss. We can’t guarantee your first choice of show through our resident ballot system, and we would hate for you to miss out.
How It Works
Resident Ballot Entry:
- Local residents within a 0.5 mile radius of IRONWORKS are invited to participate in the giveaway ballot (please refer to catchment area on the resident ballot form).
- Complete the entry form by the 7th September to throw your hat in the ring for a chance to win tickets to your selected day events.
Selection Process:
- Winners will be randomly selected through the ballot system.
- Keep an eye on your emails. If you are a lucky winner, you will be notified with instructions on claiming your tickets on the 21st September.

Applicant’s postcodes must begin with:
- E14
- E16
- SE10
Details of our residents hotline will be available closer to the event.
To contact Ironworks about noise, anti-social behaviour, traffic or any other resident problems, please contact residents@ironworks.london at any time, we aim to respond to emails within 5 working days. We will be sending a detailed residents letter to those living within 0.5 miles of Ironworks nearer the time of the events.
We are fully committed to supporting the local community by offering paid work opportunities. We ensure that all roles are paid hourly and are at or above the official London Living Wage 2026.
